In this application, users have the ability to conduct transactions through PrimePay and manage their Prime Visa credit card and/or personal loan accounts with PrimeCredit, all conveniently accessible with just a few taps on their mobile devices.

• Easy access to Prime Gems mobile app allows users to apply for PrimePay, loans, or credit cards, manage their Prime Gems loyalty account, and stay informed of promotions tailored by PrimeCredit.
• Stay updated with PrimeCredit’s latest promotions, events, and exclusive offers directly through the app.
• Prime Gems members can benefit from a Cash Rebate upon loan disbursement, accumulate points for customer referrals, and utilize these points for various redemptions such as items, event participation, or convert them into loan repayments or as cash rebate on their Prime Visa credit card.
• Features of the app include managing primepay online card account, tracking Prime Gems Points (transaction history, point redemption options, conversion to loan repayments or cash rebates on Prime Visa credit card), applying for loans and credit cards, document uploading, personalized customer notices, e-statements for primepay and Prime Visa Credit Card activation, complete branch information of PrimeCredit, along with tutorial videos.
